2019年建設イノベーションエキスポが来場者2万3800人と出展者228を集め成功裏に閉幕

【香港2019年12月23日PR Newswire＝共同通信JBN】Construction Innovation Expo 2019（2019年建設イノベーションエキスポ、CIExpo）が20日、成功裏に閉幕した。Construction Industry Council（建設業協議会、CIC）とDevelopment Bureau（香港政府開発局、DEVB）が共催し、中華人民共和国住宅都市農村建設省（MOHURD）のCenter of Science and Technology Industrial Development（科学技術産業開発センター、CSTID）が後援する4日間にわたるCIExpoは12月17－20日に開かれ、15カ国・地域から2万3800人の来場者と228の出展者が参加した。

CIC常務理事のアルバート・チェン氏はCIExpoが高度な建設技術を自信たっぷりに展示し、業界に知識共有とビジネスマッチング・プラットフォームを提供したことを示した。同氏は「イノベーションと技術は建設業界の変革を推進する世界的トレンドである。業界全体がこのExpoを通じて、イノベーションと新技術の新しい時代を受け入ることを期待する」と語った。

CIExpoにはOffsite Construction（オフサイト建設）、Robotics and Automation（ロボット工学と自動化）、Digital Solutions（デジタルソリューション）、Advanced Technologies and Materials（最先端の技術・素材）の4つの主要テーマがある。エンジニアリングのバックグラウンドを持つ国内外の約40人の専門家、学者、政府当局者、起業家が「Building Information Modeling（ビルディング・インフォメーション・モデリング、BIM）」、「Modular Integrated Construction（モジュラー統合建築、MiC）」、「Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA), Robotics and Automation（製造・組み立ての設計、ロボット工学、自動化）」、「Building Asia Forum」に関する4つの国際会議で幅広い経験と知識をシェアした。MiC Display Centre、CIC-Zero Carbon Park、CIC BIM Space、Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Tank（地下雨水貯留タンク）、Hong Kong Drainage Tunnel Project（香港排水トンネルプロジェクト）、Shanghai StreetおよびLee Tung Streetの活性化プロジェクト、T-Park（スラッジ処理施設）など、地元の革新的な建築物を実地説明する10の技術観光が手配された。

▽Construction Industry Council（建設業協議会）について

Construction Industry Council（CIC）は2007年、建設産業評議会条例（Cap.587）に基づいて設立された。CICは会長と、雇用主、専門家、学者、請負業者、労働者、独立した個人、政府当局者など、業界のさまざまな部門を代表する24人のメンバーで構成されている。

CICの主な機能は、長期的な戦略的問題に関するコンセンサスを構築し、業界のニーズと願望を政府に伝え、専門的訓練・登録サービスを提供し、政府と建設業界とのコミュニケーションチャネルとして機能することである。
